Description
Western Indian Ocean: Red Sea to the Persian Gulf. Max length: 13.5 cm TL Dorsal spines (total): 7; Dorsal soft rays (total): 112; Anal spines: 1; Anal soft rays: 11 Facultative air-breathing. Occurs in very shallow water, living in a burrow in sediment.
