Description
The epiros minnow (Pelasgus thesproticus) is a species of cyprinid fish. It is found in Albania and north eastern Greece, including the island of Corfu. Kalamas (Thyamis) to Arachthos drainages, Corfu Island and Albania (Butrint drainage). Max length: 6.2 cm SL male/unsexed; max. published weight: 5.35 g Its natural habitat is slow flowing rivers and swamps, it is threatened by pollution and water abstraction.
