Description
The Wenatchee River, a tributary of the Columbia River, originates at Lake Wenatchee in the Cascade Range of the U.S. state of Washington. Flowing southeast for 53 miles (85 km), it is known for its apple orchards and abundant outdoor recreation opportunities. The river empties into the Columbia River immediately north of Wenatchee, Washington.
