Lago Palù is a natural high-altitude alpine lake in Valmalenco (Lombardy, northern Italy), lying at about 1,920 m a.s.l. Surrounded by conifer forests and open alpine meadows, it is one of the most scenic lakes of the Sondrio Alps. The lake drains naturally via the Cavagliasch stream, which joins the Mallero, part of the Po River basin flowing to the Adriatic Sea.
