Description
Orljava is a 89 km long river in Croatia, a left tributary of the Sava River. It originates below Psunje at an altitude of more than 800 meters and flows from west to east. All the waters of the mountain streams surrounding the Požega basin flow into it. Its largest tributary from Papuk - Veličanka and the largest stream from Požeška Gora - Vučjak flow into Orljava. Near Pleternica, it receives the tributary Lonža and changes its flow direction to the south between Požeška and Dilj gora. The rivers Orljava and Londža are suitable for fishing, and the waterfall on Orljava near Pleternica is a famous fishing and excursion spot.
